Research

PACT’s research explores how the UK can accelerate its transition to net zero by transforming systems of production and consumption. Bringing together interdisciplinary expertise, our work combines data, modelling and real-world insight to understand where emissions occur and how they can be reduced in practice.

Through a systems approach, we apply three different ‘lenses’ to examine the economic, social and political factors shaping change, working with partners across government, industry and civil society to develop actionable, evidence-based solutions.
